SIMPLE GUIDED BREATHING
This is a short little guided breathing. All that is needed is you, some space where you can be, and any props that will help you feel comfortable.
GUIDED BEING MEDITATION
Set yourself a 30 minute container to just be. All you need is a space, any props that will help you feel comfortable like blankets, pillows or rolled up towels.
